Ankarsrum Attachment – Cookie Beater

Ankarsrum produces a number of high quality baking accessories, for preparing and working with dough and/or batter, many of which come standard with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer, but perhaps yours have gone missing or have been damaged and it’s time to replace them.

The Cookie Beater is only suitable for mixing doughs or batters with a fair amount of liquid in them — not for something as thick and heavy as bread dough. They fit into a double beater head (not included here, but included with the original machine), and work with the Ankarsrum Meat Grinder/Food Mincer attachment and the Double Beater Bowl (which came with the machine in clear or white plastic).

The cookie beater is easy to assemble for use with the two-part beater head and drive shaft (the same procedure as for the multi-wire balloon whisks). To clean them, wash the whisks by hand.
