Small and easy to use sharpeners for your knives. There are two wheels, rough and medium to put a new edge on your knife.
Simply fill the container with water and run your knives back and forth through the slots applying moderate pressure.
- White wheel for coarse sharpening and pink wheel for medium sharpening.
The slots on the knives are quite slim and mainly suited towards Japanese knives.
Use & Care
- For double edged knives only.
- Not for use with serrated knives or knives sharpened on only one side.
