
Use & Care:
Wash before first use
Wash the casserole thoroughly with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. No seasoning is required for enamel cast iron.
Suitable for all stovetops
Compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, induction cooktops and oven use.
Heat gradually
Allow the cookware to heat gradually. Once heated, cook on moderate to low heat as cast iron retains heat efficiently.
Handle with care
Handles and lid knobs will become hot during cooking. Always use oven mitts or heat-resistant holders.
Use non-metal utensils
Avoid metal utensils as they may scratch the enamel surface. Silicone, wooden or nylon utensils are recommended.
Avoid dry heating
Do not preheat the cookware empty or use it for dry cooking.
Cleaning & storage
Allow cookware to cool before washing. Dry thoroughly after cleaning and store in a dry place.
Protect surfaces
Lift the cookware instead of sliding it on delicate stovetops or table surfaces.
