Microplane Garlic Slicer Mincer Set

Designed to make prepping garlic easy, the Garlic Set comes with 2 blades – one for mincing and grating garlic and the other for slicing. Featuring an original, made in the USA Microplane® blade, the Garlic Set eliminates the need for knife skills to evenly cut small peeled cloves. Hands remain odor-free when preparing an array of dishes featuring garlic.

Extremely easy and fun to use.

1. Simply remove the lid and place peeled cloves inside the hopper.
2. Place the cover back on top and move the cover back and forth. Freshly cut garlic will fall into the clear-view lower chamber.
3. Use the integrated removable scraper to scrape the bottom of the blade, as well as prepped garlic out of the container.
