Every pot and pan is crafted at SCANPAN factory in Denmark with meticulous attention to detail. Each product is quality-checked by eight pairs of skilled hands before it arrives in your kitchen. 


Its ergonomic handle makes it easy to hold, while the non-stick surface with even heat distribution ensures every dish turns out flavourful and cooked just right.

Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:


GAS
● Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
● Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.

Electric/Standard
● Ceramic/halogen cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
● Permanent marks may result if this is not done.

Electric/Induction
● Induction cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
● Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
● Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
● Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty

Care & Use

Maintenance & Care
● Take care not to overheat the product, this will reduce the non-stick effect
● Overheating is not covered by the warranty
● Using an aerosol spray is not recommended as it burns at lower temperatures
● Heat the product to medium heat for a few minutes before frying either with or without oil
● The product is best cleaned when still warm. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot water with washing up liquid. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. The product should always be clean before being dried and stored.
● Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
